Has there been documented abuse (physical or emotional) in the form of police reports or child protective services? If there is, you need to bring those documents to your initial consultation. Has your ex-spouse been convicted of other crimes that could affect a divorce or child custody case? Any evidence you can think of that would help prove you are the better choice for parenting should be included in our initial consultation.
